Gator Point Dock

Gator Point Dock offers plenty of options for Douglas Lake visitors. In addition to offering a dock with boat slips and storage options, they offer boat rentals, non-ethanol gas, ice, snacks, ice cream, drinks, beer, fishing bait, maps, boat launching and more.

The dock also offers permanent campsites, but rarely does one become available. There are six pontoon boats available for rent. In addition, they are offering hourly kayak and canoe rentals. Cabin rentals are available on site or around the lake by Mountains to Sea.

Their website has calendars so you can check for availability of boats, cabins or boat slips. Reservations should be made in advance to secure a boat or a cabin for your visit. Gator Point Marina is family owned and operated.

For those who know their way around Douglas Lake, Gator Point is at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains on the south side of the lake. It is the closest marina to Dollywood and the other Sevierville and Pigeon Forge attractions. Gator Point is located on the main channel of the lake across from the “Big Islands” between points two and three.

Gator Point offers year round availability. The cabins are larger than regular fishing cabins and are fully furnished.
